DURHAM MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOUNDATION is a registered charitable not-for profit organization set up to further the mission and goals of Durham Mental Health Services.
The generous donations that we receive help us to provide those “extras” that can improve our client’s lives and we will do our best to direct donations to specific programs or services if requested. Past donations have been used for many diverse activities: speakers in our family support program, special recreational events for clients, even the purchase of one of our homes. We promise that 100% of donations received will go toward directly supporting the valuable services we provide.
A tax-deduction receipt will be provided for all donations.
Memorial/In Honour Donations
If you wish to make a donation in memory of someone, or in honour of someone special, please let us know the type of donation, name of the person being remembered or honoured, and the name and address of the person in which to send an acknowledgement. An acknowledgement card will be mailed within five working days of receipt of the donation.
